The original building was designed as a large rectangular box, which housed large boxes that were the studios of the 2004 Olympic Games. It was redesigned, using the existing envelop to accommodate commercial activities, recreation areas, restaurants. Inside the box, a commercial neighborhood was created, with streets, plazas, patios, as well as vertical and horizontal movements. The interior was unified with the exterior that was shaped like an urban plaza, windows were created in the envelope to allow natural light to enter and the facade was dressed in elements to match the aesthetics of OAKA where it belongs.
