Concept design for an office building on Kifisias Avenue. The concept of the design is to create a continuous façade along the main avenue opening up towards the back. This provides noise and visual barriers and creates a better ecosystem for the plaza. The backward-facing plaza serves as an extension of the public spaces of the neighborhood maintaining the human scale next to a big transportation node. The fluid design follows the morphology of the context and allows for the maximization of the sun penetration and ventilation throughout the offices.
