ASPA team created a façade proposal which was aiming to radically transform Kings Palace by introducing a modern, double skin, patterned façade which would differentiate the building from the adjacent existing neoclassical elevations. In this way the new simple but luxurious skin would act as a trademark of the hotel but also as a landmark for the city centre.
