Softex

The rejuvenation of the old factory building of Softex is a mixed-use development. The site is located in the center of Athens along the Iera Odos road and in close proximity to the Votanikos Area, a strategic location that in the near future will be a pole of attraction featuring the new Panathinaikos stadium and also a transport node with a new Subway station.
