The project involves the comprehensive revival of the historic Asteria Complex in Glyfada. The scope included the design of two prominent buildings – the multi-space complex and Bungalow7, alongside their adjacent beachfront and pool zone. The project also encompassed the comprehensive municipal licensing and permitting coordination, as well as the design of the resort’s perimeter enclosure along Poseidonos Avenue.
